Certificate of record
ISO 9001:2015 - certificate 04324Q31848R4S.
The management system certificate belongs to the manufacturing entity named on it, Changzhou Xianyu Alloy Decoration Project Co., Ltd. XIANYU ALLOY is the alloy-wire division that trades under it. The certificate is held continuously since 2012 - fourteen consecutive years under the same quality management system, through the 2015 revision.
What "IAF multilateral recognition" means for a buyer
The certificate rests on CNAS accreditation (CNAS C043-M), and CNAS is a signatory to the IAF Multilateral Recognition Arrangement. In plain terms: the accreditation behind this certificate is recognised by the accreditation bodies of the other IAF signatory economies, which include Canada, the European Union, Japan and South Korea. A buyer in those markets can accept the certificate without arranging a duplicate local certification of the management system.
What it does not do is replace product-level evidence. It means the quality system behind the material does not have to be re-certified in your country before you buy; the material test certificate issued with each shipment remains the document that describes the batch you actually receive.
Verify it yourself
Check the certificate on the national register.
Do not take our word for it. The certificate is verifiable on the CNCA national register, which is the authoritative record in China. Search by certificate number and confirm the scope covers alloy wire.
What we will not pretend
What the certificate does - and does not - cover.
What it does cover
The management system for producing alloy wire: process control, inspection, batch identification, document control and traceability. It is why a material test certificate can be issued with every shipment and a retained sample kept against every batch number.
What it does not cover
A management system certificate is not a product approval. It does not certify that a given batch meets IEC 60584-1, ASTM E230 or ASTM B160 - that is what the batch inspection report is for, and third-party (CNAS-accredited) testing can be arranged on request. Bare alloy wire is a raw material, so UL, CSA and CE device marks do not apply to it.
Next step
Send the grade, diameter, temper and quantity.
Tell us what the wire has to do and the date your line needs it. We come back with a confirmed lead time, the achievable tolerance and the documents we can issue. Sample 100 g at cost; orders from 1 kg; production pricing from 5 kg.
